    Convert common Tailwind utility classes to plain CSS and back, with variants and arbitrary values.

    What is covered
    Tailwind v4 default scale for spacing, sizing, inset, gap, display, position, flex and grid basics, typography (sizes, weights, alignment, leading, tracking, case, decoration), borders, radius, shadows, opacity, z-index, overflow, cursor, object-fit and aspect ratio. Variants: hover, focus, focus-visible, active, disabled, first, last, odd, even, dark and the sm to 2xl breakpoints. Arbitrary values like w-[37rem] and arbitrary properties like [mask-type:luminance] work both ways.
    Not covered: the named color palette (bg-slate-800 and friends), gradients, transforms, transitions and animations, filters, ring, divide, space-x, group and peer variants, and plugins. Anything unknown is listed instead of silently dropped, and CSS that has no utility match comes back as an arbitrary value.
