    Python Formatter

    Tidy Python code in the browser: consistent indentation, PEP 8 spacing around operators and commas, normalized quotes and blank lines.

    This is a whitespace and style normalizer, not a full Black or Ruff formatter: it re-indents blocks, fixes spacing and quotes, but does not reflow long lines or rewrite expressions. Strings, docstrings and comments are left untouched.
